Day rate box is a bit restrictive

Hi Michael,

when originally designing Contractor Deck I was thinking about day rate range. But decided to solve this problem in this way:
developer has his "target" day rate he/she is aiming to get. But then might consider lower day rate if (like you say as well - role requirements or responsibility is not that much obliging). So every developer who specifies "I would still consider" floor day rate value will be considered as potential candidates.
