Add a (?) next to "No indemnity insurance" and "Have no Security Clearance" Advantages since it's not really clear what those are to people who are considering starting contracting.

People who are considering starting contracting are not really familiar with what the "advantages" are. Maybe adding a (?) next to "No indemnity insurance" and "Have no Security Clearance" advantages with explanation on hovering would clear things up.
