How do I change my profile pic?

I've clicked all over the place and there doesn't seem to be a way

Hi Guyon,

your profile picture is actually loaded from other external sources in following order:
1) If you connected your Github Account, we will try to load that profile picture
2) If LinkedIn was connected and you got no Github account, then we use your LinkedIn profile picture
3) If none of above external services were connected, we then try to use Gravatar service with your email address.

Try to experiment, and if anything, just let me know :)
